Translation of wills

Mondo Agit provides a translation service for wills. These translations are carried out by official or certified translators. We not only perform certified translations of wills for the majority of European countries, but also in some non-European countries (USA, Brazil etc.).

Wills are provisions that enter into effect after the death of the person who wrote them and serve to regulate the division of inheritances. They also help to avoid any differences (familial or otherwise) that may arise during the processing of inheritance. However, inheritance rights differ from country to country, in that foreigners in Germany may either choose to go by the legislation of their home country or German inheritance laws, for example.

Certified translations are usually required when a will is not written in the official language of the country where it is to be presented.
